Today Eli is 20 days old, and James is exactly 20 months. Eli took his first bottle (possible future freedom for mama??) and met more family for the first time. Thanks Uncle Carey and Auntie Nini for the nursing pillow (James LOVES it) and the clothes for Eli.
Hey Elly...I absolutely love getting your comments on my page. :) You and I sound so much the same...I also average 5.5 hours of sleep a night and tell myself it's enough; I also am an unpredictable crazy lady; I also am counting the days till 6 weeks; and I'm totally convincing myself that everything's going to get better real soon and am crazy hope-filled even though I don't have a lot of basis for it! :) And as for what I eat...well, my favorites these days are raisin bagels, fresh pears (not acidic!)and for a reeeal treat, Oreos! They don't have any dairy in 'em! Yeah, not eating ice cream is killer, but dairy was the culprit with Elianna. We have some really awesome days with Joshua, but then we'll have a run of really gassy feeds and that gets a bit tiring. Oh well. I've done everything in my power...now all I do is pray that the Lord speeds up the maturation of his little digestive system. :) And that gives me hope! By the way, I love going to church for my 'social event' of the week, too. :) Hangin' out with the other boobs in the nursery, good times! I'm zonked. I hope you have an awesome sleep tonight...with no grouchy hour! I'll pray for you during one of my wake-ups...it helps pass the time.
This blog was created so that our friends and family, both up North and back East, could keep updated on our growing and changing family in Ladner, BC.
