Festival of Lights

Tonight we went to the Festival of Lights, at Van Duesen gardens. There were a gazillion lights - it was really cool. I think James was most interested in the sticks he found on the ground.

Let it Snow!

This past weekend Jed and I were at a Youth Workers Conference downtown. We stayed in a hotel, ate out, heard some great bands/speakers, and had a sweet weekend! Nanny Linda came down to babysit and stay at our house. We drove home to a winter wonderland - and what was worse is that Nanny decided to drive over the Coquihalla in this! Crazy lady! She made it. But I still can't believe she left...she must have really wanted to get away from James! Poor Nanny. Thanks again for babysitting! At least the driveway was cleared off for her - thanks to Jed and James:

Centennial Beach

We've been getting some great weather (as far as the coast goes) lately - cold and clear! What better place to enjoy it than Centennial in Tsawassen... There's a playground, a pond, the ocean, tons of sand, eagles, and a washroom.

Dadda and James are checking out and chasing the ducks:

Once all the ducks were gone we made our way down to the water:

Hanging at Home

James has been getting creative with his bath toys. I've had to stop letting him play with these though because I'm sick of wiping up the puddles all over the bathroom floor.

Looking sharp!
